Pappy.... you got AWFULLY quiet today..... I hope you got out and enjoyed the pollen instead of staying in and reading that book!!!

How is the reading going???

Where are you (in the book)? Isn't it funny how you say to yourself, "ok... I'll get them through this one last puzzle and then I'm putting it down" and next thing you know you're riding along in an armored car twelve puzzlers later???

Yo, Crackah! Pappy was outside a lot yestiddy. Done got tarred from workin' in the yard. Had to come in an' do a leetle readin'. I'm at the part where they're at the round church lookin' fer the knight the Pope buried. This is a great story! You'd think it was a bacon biscuit the way I cain't let go.

While I was outside, I discovered a little conspiracy o' my own. It's so obvious when you know what to look for.

Dandelion, an obvious anagram for Lion de Dan or Lion of Dan, which obviously refers to ol' white-haired Jeremiah goin' to Ireland with the remnant of the lost tribe to crown Tea-Tephi (notice she has PHI in her name) the first queen o' Ireland on the Stone o' Scone.

A few thousand years later we have all these white-haired dandelion crowns enthroned in my green lawn (my Emerald Isle). Coincidence?

OK, the plot thickens. Who makes the weed killer that gets rid of dandelions without killin' the grass? Ortho, which is the Latin root (root, as in dandelion root???) (Latin as in Rome???) word for upright, straight or correct. Which means the Vatican has been tryin' to cover up (kill) the straight story!

Pappy's dandelion crop may be in danger!

Pappy's gonna download "Age of Aquarius" by the Fifth Dimension an' listen to it amongst the dandelions while I stand guard. Wait a minute...Marilyn McCoo...McCoo...she must be Irish!

Pappy likes the symmetry of a round belly, too!

By the way, bilateral symmetry is another of those PHI type characteristics that life forms have in common.

OK... that dandelion conspiracy thing just might be your greatest post yet Pappy.... well, one of 'em.

Macca, we'll wait for you to finish the book but be sure to go back and read Pappy's posts. They'll make much more sense then.  In fact, you will be watching over your dandelions just a tad more closely. :D

Hey DVC readers... I found this website where you can magnify Leonardo's "The Last Supper."

Interesting.

Click here to zoomify the Last Supper

And......You artsy folks may know this, but I also read out there on the www that it is incorrect to refer to Da Vinci as "Da Vinci" because Leonardo Da Vinci means that he was Leonardo FROM Vinci. So when we say Da Vinci's Last Supper or Da Vinci's Mona Lisa its the same as saying (if Joan of Arc had painted them) OF ARC's Last Supper or OF ARC's Mona Lisa....

Well, believe it or not I did not invent that term, however I do think it is a handy little word.

CRACKAH! dododoooodo dododooooodo..... After I kept having intermittent Internet service (probably some kind of conspiracy to keep me from being in touch!) I read some more.... and then I went "zoomifying" too! Again, those great minds!!!!

I am only about half-way through the book.... I'll try to hurry up and finish. They are still at the Versailles palace, trying to keep Sir Leigh from turning them in and Silas is outdoors. I just learned that all four murders happened on the same day! Did I just miss that or was it obvious to y'all? Can't wait to get back to it!!! ♥♥♥
