Morning All!! It is a lovely morning in the neighborhood. I watered about this side of Summerfield last night. My soaker hose sprung a leak and I also forgot to turn off the water for 4 hours. It is pretty muddy in places around the garden this morning. The beans are pretty happy though. Lots of beans to pick.

Mornin' all. The weather is just about perfect right now, if you like that kind o' weather. Pappy likes.
I don't care what the calendar says, it ain't summer 'til you have a meal o' fresh garden maters, fresh garden beans, an' fresh garden corn! HAW! Jane's workin' on the maters an' beans, Pappy's workin' on the appetite, all we need is the corn!

Morning All!! The beans are beaning, the maters are ripening and the corn is tasselling Should be ready in about 10 days. Cracker keep up the rain dance though. It's awfully dry. Beautiful morning this morning. It is cooler outside then inside. The birds are just singing. First full day of summer. We need a watermelon and a swimming pool.

I'm in McAllen TX this am getting ready to spend the day flying home. It's obvious why GSO is so dry, all the moisture is down here, heavy rains & sloppin' wet.

Mornin' All and Happy SUMMER!!!!!!
Last night we had fresh green beans and corn and somebody here had a mater  , though I was fortunate enough to look away in time so that I would not witness that...... 
Anyway, I reckon that means that summer is here!
If you need me, I'll be loungin' by the pool. As soon as I find one that is.....
