You're right Hairbrush. It's gonna be hard to let them go, but right now they're happy with a hunk of steak and some boiled lettuce. When he starts askin' for me to go out and hunt flies, he's outta here! 
I sure do miss macca! I'm sure she would want to hear all about the interestin' stuff I've learned about tadpoles.... like if you keep the water real cold they'll stay tadpoles forever. Of course, I don't know why anyone would want to do that since they're pretty gross and wiggly at that stage......
I'm gonna go and name that other wiggly one with the back legs, Sir Paul, in honor of my long lost friend. If one of them sprouts only one leg, I'll name her Heather.

| I heard on the radio a woman was stalking Sir Paul.......They said she was wearing heart shape sunglasses and hearts all over her clothes...... Macca ?????.........

Morning All!! It is wonderful out this morning. Cool and the birds are singing all over the place and its Friday. Over all a great morning!! Chicks have made it through 2 nights in the big house, Mr. Mike needs to stay away from these cute chicks. They should start laying eggs in another month. Then I will have to go to the Farmers market and sell eggs I will have so many.
Everybody have a good day today. Maybe Macca will check in today and let us knowwhether she is wearing hearts or not.

Where in the NW have you been Queue??? I looked all over the boards for ya when Heroes came back on! What'd ya think of that ending??? Peter and Nathan rocketin' into outer space and Silar splattered all over the pavement! Woo Hoo! I had to endure the season finale allllllll by my lonesome cause you weren't here!

*ashamed* I have no excuse.
I absolutely loved the finale, I thought it was the perfect was to end the season. A lot of people I know were disappointed, and said ther should have been more action. But the show has always been about being realistic, and in real life, things don't always end with a big fight scene.
I'm gonna try to be around more often, I promise.

Morning All!! The Mockingbird reallly likes this weather. He has been singing at the top of his lungs for several days now. Gets in the very top of the tree or on top of the power pole and just serenades anybody who is in the area. Our area is just a mass of singing birds at this time of the year. Do you ever go out early in the morning and listen to them? We have several nests of babbies who are learning to fly. They are just squaking this morning. Its a lovely day especially since it is Saturday and Macca has returned from the missing.

Howdy All! Macca, I'm sure glad you came out of hidin'! Things just aren't the same around here without ya.
Went to an excitin' game up at the Summerfield Stadium near downtown Summerfield today. In their 2nd game of the playoffs Summerfield played Oak Ridge and the game went into double overtime (or whatever they call that in softballese ) Anyhoo... SF pulled it out at the end and won by one run! woo hoo!
Zippy is now a full fledged frog and is lovin' the frog life! Hangin' out on the "boulder" that we put in the tank for him and just countin' down the days till he's old enough to be released into the wild. He's about as big as my pinky fingernail and cute as a button! I'm gonna have a hard time letting the little fella go.... The other tadpoles are still gross and wiggly.
