OK Im here. way to go kris for picking up my pun. hah I kill me. haha. Yeah I never heard anyting about a wreck this morning. From now on, everyone should post whateever they see on here. even if it is just the cops responding to a domestic or something. It could be somehow considered road rage. haha. That way all us nosey people would not have to drive around looking for this stuff. we can just get the details first hand. Oh and if the cops are at your house for something, its ok, you can just say that it was your neighbor or something. just please give details. haha. thanks.

Hey Bama! Alrighty I've got one for ya. My neighbor's cat keeps walkin' on my car. Little muddy kitty prints all over the car. Now, ya'll know I'm not a "dog person". I am a "cat person" but have seriously considered drastic measures on this one. So this is the first one for the "ASK BAMA" column.......what should I do?

I know you are asking the bama, but I might have a solution. Scotch tape Kris.  Cats hate scotch tape on their feet...

I know this ONLY because my brother, when we were teens thought it would be funny to put a piece of scotch tape on each of my cat's paws.  The cat started spazzing out and shaking all four feet at one time...

We called it kitty break dancing.... That was sort of "in" back then... and he only did it once cause Mom got mad, but it was a sight to behold.....

I would not recommend this for the household pet unless it was walking on a kitchen counter (WHICH IS WAY BEYOND GROSS) or a car.

Perhaps Duct Tape if the cat is persistent....

Put large amounts of cat food/ treats/ catnip on the opposite neighbors car/ yard area.

I totally agree with you Cracker. I have a kitty but shem stays inside and would never, ever be allowed on the kitchen counter (gag!). I occasionally have a barfed up hairball to tend to and there's the whole litter box clean out ordeal (spoose mostly does that - thank you honey :D) but it really bugs me that I have to deal with the neighbor's cat too.

Maybe I could invite the neighbor over next time I have a hairball barf to clean up :D I like Bama's idea - I'll put kitty treats and duct tape all over their cars

OK.. there is this house in our neighborhood that was moved in from some other location... on a truck and which some developer then fixed up and sold.

Because the house came into the neighborhood on a trailer, and because of the folks who originally bought it, the spoose, some other neighbors and I soon started calling this house "the trailer park."

One day the 17 yr. old daughter who sports several huge tatoos and piercings came to my door (She had to cross the road... explaining my posting it on this forum) and asked me if I had heard gunshots.

Now folks in my neighborhood might have guns, but they usually don't have ammo for them so I replied that   I  had  not  heard  any  shots while trying to maintain my COOL "I hear shots everyday" demeanor hoping to gather some info from her......she then proceeded to tell me that someone had ridden by and shot into her bedroom window.... Anyway, police came (forum fitting) and said they thought it was one of her friends....

Her friends wore their pants down to their knees and always sported some type of bandana....They were a scary bunch....

WOOWEEEEEEEEEEEEE...........ROFLOL (and that other thing too) Cracker and Macca! I love kitties but actually this sounds like fun entertainment. My kitty is 20 years old though so I won't try it on shem. In himmer's younger days, shem could have taken it and I remember a few times when I would have done it too :D

Cracker, the answer is to put YOUR house up on blocks, call in the house movers and high-tail-it out of there. You will be RIDING on out of there going DOWN THE ROAD and we will be back ON TOPIC
