My road rage today was more frustration than rage....Was driving in a nearby town, a university town.... got all turned around, what with the one-way streets and "was I going north" or "was I going south".... got so confused I couldn't even tell when I was going right or straight thru an intersection!!!!

Oh Macca, this reminds me of me about a year ago. Drove one of my younger McNeills to a nearby university town (the SAME university where I spent 5 years  ). I got a little confused or distracted or SOMETHING??? and plowed right through an intersection with the light screaming RED! Thank goodness, no cars were coming in the other direction. Younger McNeill will never let me live that one down.

I finally feel road rage... Maybe not exactly what bama had in mind though.....

Is anyone else bothered by the fact that they are lowering the speed limit on Strawberry Rd. to 35 MPH???

No offense to the woman who pushed this thru with DOT, but my understanding is that the entire road will be 35 MPH and not just the HWY 150 to Scalesville stretch.....

The problem is NOT the 45 MPH speed limit.  The problem is that people do not drive the posted 45 MPH.

I drove Strawberry tonight and I went 35 MPH. Try it. It'll make you crazy.

Mark my words... My perfect driving record will cease to exist.

Oh.. and Steve, I wore my seatbelt.

Steve, I heard something about this... Was she actually DRIVING with the baby on her lap????

Did you say "Bubblehead"? Was there ever any doubt?

Apparently, she was parked with the baby in her lap playing with it and the papparrarrazzzi made her feel unsafe so she drove (how far, how  fast I dont know?) to get away from them. Obviously they took pics of her doing it and viola! So, dont get me wrong, it was a bad decision and unsafe and stupid. I just thought I would add what I had heard about it. Assuming the papp.-whatever did not cover 5 city blocks, I'd say the pic was taken as soon as she started moving and hopefully she did not go but 100 yards or so and not like 1000mph before putting her child in the carseat.

Yes, I said "Bubblehead", Airhead just doesn't seem to fit, but ain't far off.

When I read the story, it was too vague to tell, but made it sound like it was only far enough to escape the shutterbugs.  Funny, her bodyguard was in the passenger seat, I thought that was his job??

I heard on one of those shows (maybe Letterman) that Kevin Federline, her husband, was in the car seat, which is why she couldn't put the baby in it!!! ♥♥♥

I know, I know.... seriously close to being "OFF TOPIC!!!"

I haven't had any deer or bubblehead sightings lately. I haven't been stuck behind the medium Cracker (aka Triscuit) trying to turn off of Hamburg Mill. I HAVE seen some cars posing as FIRE TRUCKS but yeah, I see that everyday :X

HOWEVER, the Bama is not happy that this (himmer's baby) forum is TAKING A BACK SEAT to the MAAN forum so I thought I would come in here and bring it UP TO SPEED.

Ya'll come back now, ya hear!?

You know, Crackah, I heard that, too. Being the crackerjack (pun intended) PI that I am, I rode up that way to check it out. Mind you, it was 8:00 a.m. by the time I got there, but I saw no sign of ANYTHING! I hope everyone is okay too!♥♥♥
