Dang, Jane! That's gotta hurt! Pappy sure is sorry to hear it!
Pappy's lost a few arguments with gravity from time to time, too. Experienced gravity fighters recommend massive doses o' linament fer the pain. Howemsoever, I'm beginnin' to suspect linament may be the cause o' losin' some o' them arguments with gravity, but the evidence is sketchy.

How in the world are you going to get around now????  More importantly, who's gonna report on the morning moon for us if you can't go out for your mornin' walks???

Now Macca, you know Crackah has been good all year and it being this close to Christmas and all, that she wants to stay on Santa's "nice list" so he'll pay a visit. Don't you be tempting her or the fates with mischief.
Speaking of mischief, for Pappy and me, our only chance with Santa lies in the hope that we can seduce that rascal down the chimney with some of Pappy's eggnog and then grab his bag while he is not looking or better still, when he falls asleep.
Glad to have you back with us Jane, even if you're cast into playing 'Chester' in this season's holiday adventure.

You're right, Jimbo! I missed Jane's commentary on the weather this morning! No insight as to how cold, crisp, breezy, etc.

Since Crackah wished Dwayne a Merry Christmas, I figger I can be big about it too an' get him a present. I'm thinkin' he might enjoy the soundtrack from CSI Miami (Who are you? Who-who-who-who?) an' it certainly fits in with his new detective hobby.

This morning, I was admiring the water at Strawberry & 220, it was totally calm, made a mirror image along the bank......worth a picture, really beautiful.

| Hey Pappy. I am throughly depressed. 2 months of non left foot weight bearing. I will let you know when to start counting because so far I can't non weight bear at all. My right foot hurts way worse than the left and I can't put full weight on it. My wonderful husband took me to appointments today but he has to work tomorrow so not sure what I will do. I am going to get a portable wheel chair because the crutches are killing my hands. I am generally out of sorts tonight. Thanks for asking though.
