| Hey, I spent most of this fantastic day riding the tractor around the baseball fields today. Needed to make sure the ball fields are nice and smooth for evaluations tomorrow. Had some repair to do to the bathrooms also. Funny how things get broke and tore up when they are not being used. Tomorrow starts early and ends late. Over 800 kids to look at tomorrow. Ya'll come out, bring your kids, and watch them have some fun.

| One o' my favorite tips fer newby supervisors is to draw eyeballs on yer eyelids. That way you can, uh, concentrate on supervisory thoughts with yer eyes closed but it will appear to your workers like you have targeted them with a authoritative an' resolute gaze.

| I'll be there between groups. If we start on time I usually have time to get away for lunch and a nap. I'll put nap time to work in the park.
