Oh well this too shall pass.
Wow, Jane! Surely all SOMEONE around here could come up with some kind of contraption you could use to pull around behind you! Or some kind of rolling tray table? ♥♥♥

Macca, what about one of those St Bernard dogs that you see walkiing around with the little cask wrapped around the neck. The dog might not be able to carry Jane's stuff around, but at least Jane wouldn't have to worry about being close to some of Pappy's patented pain medicine, er, I mean, egg nog. That is, if'n we can keep the dog outta the egg nog........Last edited on Dec 17th, 2006 11:06 am by Jim Flynt

⌛'You' named Time's Person of the Year
Are you a web user? Then you have been named as Time magazine's Person of the Year for "seizing the reins of the global media" by populating the web with content.
The US magazine said it has picked the public to reflect the way the internet has expanded as a media and is growing into a worldwide collaboration of people.
Time cited websites such as YouTube, Facebook, MySpace and Wikipedia, which allow users to interact with the web by publishing blogs, videos, pictures and more.
"It's about the many wresting power from the few and helping one another for nothing and how that will not only change the world, but also change the way the world changes," said Time magazine's Lev Grossman.
"It's a tool for bringing together the small contributions of millions of people and making them matter," Grossman said, echoing Time's praise for the web.
I keep telling you that EVERYBODY reads our forum!!!♥♥♥

Must have been a full moon last night or something.
I was also up at 3:30, couldn't go back to sleep, hence some of my early morning postings.

So, Steve-o, now that you're back, maybe you could embellish ..... ummmm.... fill Crackah in on your dastardly post that warranted being zapped by SMSandra! You know, about how you were ranting and raving about how everyone should be running with scissors, jumping off rooftops if their friends are doing it (NO, LACKA -- WE'RE NOT GOING THERE!!) and all those other things..... NO WONDER you were up again at 3:30!!! ✂✂✂✂

They might think if they'd taken my advice at the time an' used the right "fuel" we'd have been in outer space sooner. Hee hee!

Pappy them astronauts say that when they use your 'fuel' to power their engines, the liftoffs are always quite exhilarating but that the landings are always a little rough.

It was kind of a rough afternoon yesterday, after cracking my shin bone, I was seeing stars, and it was only 3 pm. Must've nailed it right over a flowing blood vessel too, because.........never mind. When the kids were growing up, and they came whining, we'd usually say..aw, I don't see any blood, go back and play. This time, my wife didn't send me back to play. Anyway, she did all the right stuff, and I survived.
Anyway, last night after my grand daughter painted my toes, actually got some of it on the nails, and half my toes were stuck together, I had cause for some reflection. Especially after my wife gives me the "oh no, that's MY nail polish, and I don't have any remover".
Anyway, at that point, I was thinking about all the people I'd wronged in the past, and had a 0.5 second flash of repentance. I spilled my soul on a posting, then ended up with a nyah, nyah, SMSandra, bet you can't find that delete button again. (I was wrong, she found it)
Today I am back to my old self, gotta make a WallyWorld run later and get some polish remover.........hope it leaves the hair.

Steve, I'm glad I missed it when you got all sweet and yucky! Thanks to SMSandra for reinin' you in!
You're a pretty neat Grandad to let the Grandaughter paint your toes. I don't know many Granddads who'd allow such a thing.

Crackah, you reckon his granddaughter has lost her sense of smell? Or is she just holding her nose and buttering him up for Christmas? Not that any child would do that to a grandparent mind you!

She was giggling & enjoying herself so much, I don't think she noticed the smell.
Getting my toe nails painted really didn't bother me that much...........but being married to a grandmother at the impressionable age of 21 is just too much.
OK Macca.......I'm done embellishing stories now, back to reality.
