Howdy, y'all. Pappy's a little late checkin' in today.
Pappy don't like lizards in his drawers nor spiders on his floors. They'll both make you do a dance! Hee hee!
Au contraire, confrere Crackah -- Tonto the Wild One was second to none. I wonder if in the French dubbed versions of Lone Ranger episodes they say "confrere" an' "bon soir" an' stuff.
Just checked out Mr Jim's Steve Irwin link. They were talkin' about the police watchin' the video of the attack and how shockin' and horrible it was to watch him die like that. I just hope some idiot doesn't put that video on the internet or anything. That ain't somethin' I wanna see. That there just wouldn't be right.

Macca, You are a big baby pengling. I thought you were being silly, so I scrolled back and took a second look, it does look so real that I jumped up and slapped my moniter with my shoe. What was I thinking, NOW I have to wear this shoe home. The computer guys are standing at my desk wondering what happened to my computer and I am worried about ICK getting in my car. I even screamed real loud incase he was meaty.

Macca..... when you're up wanderin' around in the middle of the night tonight, how about checkin' my spellin' over on the SFTC forum. I don't know if I spelled "kisses" or those yeller things kids ride to school on....
I have a little memory retention problem and I'm just too tired to look it up.

Isn't it strange how things, even though we know they aren't real, can really affect you? I mean, like the spider thing. I knew it was just a picture, but it looked and moved like the real thing.
And like the "rides" at the theme parks that incorporate the impression that there are mice running at your feet or something yucky being showered on you... Even the ones that just incorporate noises, like the old time radio programs.
I don't remember hearing any of those radio shows, but I love seeing film clips or portrayals of them in movies. It's always fascinating that they were able to get you to "see" the story happening by the way they used the words and the sound effects....♥♥♥
