Zither music???? The 3rd Man? (But I admit I googled it.... sorry!) "Father Goose" I kind of knew, but not the zither music..... Hey, at least I admitted it!!! ♥♥♥
The Third Man it is. The zither music (played by a musical ol' coot) made the movie. Rent it if'n you get a chance.

Nah Kris.. I had to travel all the way to Greensboro to see the two headed cow picture.
I'm so glad you're back... I've missed you!
Awww thanks Cracker! I've missed ya'll too! There's a lot to learn here on MAAN....I never would have known that Greensboro was so cultured as to have a piece of art featuring a two headed cow unless I read it here Not that I need to see it or anything.......

Do I have to see Willy Wonka?? He looks kinda "scissorhandsy" in that one.....
OK, so I have to admit it......I DID enjoy Mr. Depp in Willy Wonka! I liked that remake much more than the original even though he reminded me of Wacko Jacko - kinda creepy

Good one, DTony.
One o' Pappy's favorite detective series features a Dashiel Hammet character who is happily married to a rich lady who keeps him well-supplied with martinis.

I had to check with the Internet Movie Database and sure enough there was a movie made in 1996 starring Jeff Daniels called "Fly Away Home" BUT it was AKA "Father Goose" so I'm not totally crazy..... Just movie quote impaired.
Couldn't imagine Pappy watchin' that one anyway.....

I don't knowif Pappy would like that one or not.... I don't remember much about it.
I am relatively certain that there weren't any cowboys, injuns or John Deere equipment in it though!

I don't know, Crackah! There was some kind of huge earth-moving equipment near the end. They were trying to put some kind of road through or maybe they were going to build something, right? But it would destroy the geese's habitat? Pappy might've liked seein' that!♥♥♥
Plus, he might've liked the adventurous spirit, and the flyin' and all that! ♥♥♥

BTW, Pappy! I been meanin' to tell ya and I might as well do it now even though you won't see it till tomorrow/later today, 'cause I'll forget about it if I wait ..... Did you follow all that?
Now, what was it I wanted to post.... Oh, yeah! The Hallmark Channel is having special Western movies on Monday nights at 9 during the summer. Tonight was "The Red-Headed Stranger," with Willie Nelson.
I would've told you before, but I just learned about it this weekend, and I forgot about it earlier! Sorry!!! ♥♥♥

Keith Richards says he has recovered from his fall from the coconut tree and so the Stones are set to get on with their concert tour. When he was asked what he's been doing since the fall and teh surgery to relieve pressure on his brain, this is what is quoted as saying: Asked what he's been doing since the fall, Richards responded, "I recovered." He said six weeks is "not bad for a brain job."
Can't wait to see him as CAPTAIN Jack Sparrow's dad in the next "Pirates" movie!!! ♥♥♥
