Well, I'm stumped ag'in on the current question.

By the way, when people say they're lookin' fer grant money, does that mean they're lookin' fer some o' that 50 dollar bill money? Ain't that Grant on the 50?

I think I'm gonna go fer some o' that Franklin money, myse'f. Twice the payoff! Hee hee!

Tonight I ate at Cracker Barrell....Yummy Hashbrown Casserole!  Kris?  Where'd you eat???

Pappy I saw a shirt in the country store that made me think of you and your Tokyo driftin'....It was a John Deere shirt and it said "I fought the lawn and the lawn lost"

Spoose & I also ate at Cracker Barrel Friday.   Had breakfast at 1 pm.

We paid more attention to the "Grandma" shirts, ie "I could have gotten away with this at Grandma's", or "If I don't get to go to Grandma's, somebody gets hurt".

CJ, I'm sure you saw the sidewalk sale......how many rocking chairs did you buy??   I'd say Pappy needs a new one.

I did see the sidewalk sale Steve-O!!!!  I did ask for new rockers too!!!!  Didn't get them though.... :X Maybe after my house gets it's new paint job I will stand a better chance of getting a couple of new rockers....

Most of the other stuff at the sale was junk.  That or all the good stuff was gone already.

My friend bought one of those Grandma Shirts for her nephew!!!  Too funny.  Hers says "I can get away with anything at Grandma's house!"

OH!  I ate breakfast at 8:00 pm!

:D

Geez, and you weren't even at Grandma's house.

Heck of an example to set for your youngin's, 8 pm is when you're supposed to be eating meat loaf, dumplins, and greens.   (Yeah, I've been guilty too)

Nite CJ

Glad the spoose set a good example at Cracker Barrel, sometimes the guys just gotta tough it out.

Different subject, I am noticing the views for MAAN are around 65,000. Remembering the 10K marathon during the holidays, and a few keyboards were worn out, I was thinking we could have a 100K marathon? Maybe with a Dec 2 target, the 1 year birthday of MAAN?   Since figures lie, and liars figure, here's my figures:

65,000 - 10,000 (approx Jan 1) = 55,000 hits from Jan 1 to July 10th.

55,000 hits / 6.5 months = 8,500 hits per month

Mid July to Mid Nov (mas o menos ) = 4.5 months x 8,500 = 38,000 hits

38,000 + 55,000 = 93,000 hits, OK, not quite 100,000

100,000 - 93,000 = 7,000 additional hits required (total) beyond normal monthly average (gotta set a stretch goal?)

What does the "population" think?   Shall we go for it?

since the system keeps track of posts by member, we could also award electronic trophies for top 10 highest posters.........well, the numbers would get a little muddied, since the system doesn't know one subject from another, but just consider that like sending Summerfield mailings to those out of towners.

Wow! CRACKAH!! You were up late last night!! I checked in around 11:30 or so but then you came back to play later!!! ♥♥♥

The Maccas are all going to see "Pirates" this afternoon, so the little ones and I tried watching the original last night.... Going to finish up in a few.... Those eyes just got a little too heavy last night, even watching Captain Jack Sparrow .....♥♥♥

"You're the worst pirate I've ever heard of!"

"Yes, but you have heard of me!"♥♥♥
