Here's that Hawaiian Monk Seal - isn't himmer cute?! Himmer was sleepin' right on the beach with folks all around!

We saw Green Sea Turtles a lot. They love to sun on the beach in the afternoon. We also swam with some but they are fast in the water!

These were growing in our backyard! Hawaiian bananas are smaller and sweeter - called "apple bananas". We ate some from the market but couldn't figure out how to get these down outta the tree!

Maybe we need a new policy........all pictures posted by folks travelling must end with photos of the local natives.....nice job Kris.

How did you post the photo's themselves?   Copy them to paintbrush, and select all?  The couple times I made posts like you did, it was the system doing it on it's own.

Steve, Kris taught me this neat little trick... you can upload your photos for free to Photobucket.com and that site will assign a URL to each photo..... then when you click "insert image" you just paste the URL into that silly little box that pops up.


I am not sure that's how she did it this time, but she's used it before and it's Way Cool!
