Well Macca I sort of agree with you and would stop watching except then I wouldn't know who all these people making the talk show circuit were.
Seems the girl from Reidsville who looks and sounds a lot like Kelly Pickler, although not as talented, has a father who shot her step mother and then shot himself only he missed apparently and is now a quad. And she told the judges not to worry it was alright. There is Fantasia with her baby, Kelly with the father in prision for drugs and now this girl. Are there no normal people in North Carolina?

I'M WATCHIN' JANE!!!! Love it! That girl was somethin' else  . It's amazing how none of us sound like "Hicks" (other than Pappy) until we get a TV camera in our faces huh????
As for NC talent, there's always Clay!!! Oh... right.. he's being medicated cause crowds make him have panic attacks.......
Thank goodness we have Chris Daughtry!
BTW....This color is BSTV!!!

| Oh I forgot about Clay. Chris does seem like a fairly normal person. wonder was he born in North Carolina? Probably not!!

Macca.... speaking of BSTV, Have you heard the latest on Gray's???? Burke is in rehab cause he made politically incorrect slurs toward George at the Golden Globes??? And now George is gonna quit the show???? How in the world did we miss this drama as it was unfolding???? I knew Burke was in rehab, but I had no idea why.....

| I didn't know they had rehab for people with foot in mouth disease. George ought to just sit quiet. Burke is going to do himself in. I thought what he said at the awards was pretty PIC. Politically incorrect.

| Clark listened to sky warn tonight and they pretty much said we weren't going to get too much on Thursday but the first of next week....... Isn't that the way it always is? We build up for a week and then is fizzles. Cracker and Macca are you dancing?

I didn't hear exactly what he said and I have the feeling it can't be posted here, but I think I got the gist of it.... I agree.... PIC indeed.
I had heard in the past that Burke and McDreamy had come to blows off camera a while back and evidently it was because of anti-"George" statements like that......
I hate to hear it, cause I liked the Burke character. I like George better, but he needs to dump the Amazon girlfriend!!!! (oops! was that PIC????)

Yes that was PIC. She is giving all us plus size woman a face on TV so I read some where. Izzy was outraged by what Burke said and I just think unless he pulls his s**t together he will be out off the show anyway. I like his character but the show will go on with out him regardless of what he thinks.
Off to watch Eric tell us about the weather.

DANG!!! I go work some puzzles for a little while and Crackah and Jane decide to play!!!
Yeah, Crackah! This whole thing with Burke goes back to the "fight" he and McDreamy had on the set earlier. Then at the awards show he denied saying anything.... So now everyone's on his case, he's apologized to everyone, and now is in rehab...??? I hadn't heard that George was gonna quit b/c of all of it.... Hmmm?
The "Nazi" (can we say that?) just got the award for Best Actress in a Drama, and the cast won the Ensemble Award for a Drama.... They can't bust 'em up!!!
BTW: I like the Amazon!!!

I like the Amazon too, but I don't think she suits George..... And not because of his "politically correctness" either!!
I saw where the Nazi won that well deserved reward. I think, however, that Izzy ought to walk away with every award from the Emmy on down for that Denny dying storyline.....
And didn't you just love how she said she was cleaning the bathroom floor in case George wanted to lay on it???? She just slipped that in so nonchalantly... Loved it!
(Pretend all of that was in GRAY Pappy... Too tired to enter the necessary mumbo jumbo to change the color  .......)

Well, CRACKAH!! You had said "good night," so I thought you were gone!!
Yes, I DID catch Izzy's line about cleaning the bathroom floor.... Was she nominated for the award that "the Nazi" got? (Don't you just love how it all came together for the free clinic? And what about the Chief thinking he could just quit and his wife would be ready to have him come on home after all that time? And Derek's assurances to Meredith that even if he yells at her or she yells at him, he's not going anywhere? Oooooh -- and the proposals????? George's wasn't as shocking as Burke's -- Let's go from not speaking to each other to getting married!! I liked her speech about not always having to win -- "I'm talking first -- you win!") Can't wait till tomorrow night!!
