Hey, y'all.
Pappy's havin' a hard time transitionin' back to work mode today.
Just daydreamin' about what I want to be when I grow up; a Cheyenne Dog Soldier. It's a tough life but you don't have to do any housework and you get to talk to the wild animals. In the meantime, while I wait to grow up, I'll keep workin' on my ridin' skills in case the Dog Soldiers have a openin'.
Gotta get back to work.

So, Crackah! Did you go to the meeting at all? Anything exciting to report, or do we have to wait until tomorrow?

Crackah has obtained information from the meeting.
This information needs to digest before I post much about it.
Suffice it to say that He-Haw asked some good questions and appeared to vote his conscience, except for the one time She-Haw looked at him expectantly waiting for a motion that she ended up voting against...(Could it be another thrown motion?)
She- Haw did not add anything of substance to the meeting other than near the end when she apparantly told the town attorney that she had no confidence in him... Other than that, she was pretty quiet...
Makes one wonder if she might just be causing a ruckus behind the scenes.... The council members and Town staff looked pretty worn out!

Emily Dickenson poems aren't really the sort of thing a Cheyenne Dog Soldier wants to be caught recitin', but I figger since my applicaton hasn't gone through yet I could get away with it.
A rousing Robert Browning cavalier poem works, too.
Boot, saddle, to horse, and away!
Rescue my castle before the hot day
Brightens to blue from its silvery gray,
(Chorus) Boot, saddle, to horse, and away!
Ride past the suburbs, asleep as you ’d say;

Bat Guano? Gosh, I am gone for a couple of days, and so much happens....Macca is backa, Mayor Bama has been elected and is still watching football. Skiddles has had a Kitten.
We must vote on a name for that Kitten.
Need something like "Fluff" or "Little Skiddle". Lets all suggest a name and then vote. Skiddles you will get the final say, of course.
Steve is still hungover, and What?!!?! Fat Pappy is a 24 year old Blonde?
Crackah, You didn't have as much to report on the meeting as I thought you would. Get to it and update everyone.
Steve were you at the meeting? (wearing a burgandy shirt, grayish pants, 6'0, shorth hair and glasses)
Fat Pappy are you really a Blonde? You were not that lady that stood up and said that everyone was being mean to her?..... that she had it in writing, or maybe she said that she was being mean to everyone else, I couldn't keep up.....well if that was you, I would love a clarification as to what you were talking about......or if anyone else understood what she was talking about, it would be great to have clarification in any form.

What about "Skitty the Kitty?" (We always let my youngest name ours and I guess I've gotten caught up in his system....)
I'm also trying to figure out how FatPappy is a 24-year-old blonde! Is this one of his multiple personalities? Have we found out what she was talking about at the meeting?
Again, I am just constantly amazed at the wit and intellect of this group! It's the best entertainment around!

I meant to respond sooner but I've been looking for hair on my scalp to see what color it is. It's been a slow process so far, but I'll let you know if I find anything. As far as I know that wasn't me, but it was dark with that bag over my head.

I can only add that 24 and blonde is a very rough estimate that I cannot elaborate on during an ongoing investigation. Skitty's a good name!
