1. Whisk egg whites lightly with black pepper and any seasoning of choice.
2. Cook turkey bacon per package directions and set aside.
3. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat to medium; add egg whites and cook until set.
4. Toast bread, if desired; spread toast with margarine and add the rest of ingredients. Serve and enjoy.
Makes one serving. Nutritional values per serving: 310 calories, 10g fat (3.0g sat), 28g protein, 23g carbohydrate, 6g fiber, 30mg cholesterol, 620mg sodium and 4g sugar.

Good Morning
For my Yankee friends heres yall a good breakfast, have some sunny side up eggs, grits with sugar or salt, home fries (no they are not like french fries), homemade biscuits with enough gravy to cover your eggs and thanks to Crackers old man FATBACK (no thats not his name ,its a form of bacon)
Oops I forgot some Java to got with it...

Yeah, Pappy, I been monitoring that counter daily and I still don't know how it works... barely 200 some days, then a spike like this. Don't know whether we got gremlins or if it's really accurate!
I guess we'll take what we get, anyway!!
We're still on target for a Halloween deadline,
