4. Toast bread, if desired; spread toast with margarine and add the rest of ingredients. Serve and enjoy.
Makes one serving. Nutritional values per serving: 310 calories, 10g fat (3.0g sat), 28g protein, 23g carbohydrate, 6g fiber, 30mg cholesterol, 620mg sodium and 4g sugar. Dear my wife is going to divorce me (um Mike) Do you remember when Lacka talked to you about he Bacon patch? The bandaid that you were to wear on your forehead? Although it has been a long time, please do not forget the advise that Lacka has given......They are trying to tempt you and it is not worth it.......

Good to have you back, Lacka. I was monitorin' the police band this mornin' an' apparently the local law is glad you're back too. The chatter was all about you bein' back in town! They even raised the security threat level in your honor, from the previous "Ol' Coot with Spray Paint Can" to the Lacka inspired "That's What Bumpers Are For!" level.

That means that during the first 8 months of MAAN (December thru July) there were 7,768 POSTS. Averaged 971 per month..... Hmmmm.....
