Mornin' Pappy!

Steve-O was relocatin' to Ningbo, remember???

Ningbo... that sounds like a place they'd have elephants.

Maybe he'll send us some pics of elephants working in the rice paddies!  :D

I'm missing my SCU (Shanghai China University) lessons this mornin' too!!

Cracker I was missing the same thing this morning. I need a vacation and I am not sure a week at the North Carolina beach while wonderful is going to satisfy my travel lust.

Pappy I laughed out loud this morning at your job description for Tantor but I do fear sometimes you have gone completely over the edge. Keep it up!!

Hee hee! Pappy keeps lookin' fer that edge, Scuba Jane, but it's always out there a little further... Or is it "farther"...no, that's somebody else...

Mornin', Crackah!
Ningbo, you say? Does sound like they ought to have elephants. I'll see if Tantor knows anybody out that way. He never fergets nuthin'.

Pappy saw a show on PBS awhile back about what North Carolina was like 4,000 yars ago. There was several differ'nt kinds o' elephant-like critters livin' here--mastodons, mammoths, not to mention cave bears an' saber-toothed cats an' such. Wild place back then. Plumb interestin'. It's a wonder anybody survived them days.

Morning Gang

Actually Good Night Gang...........it's pushing midnight over here, and I've had a long day.

I had a 4 hour ride of my life today.......a total maniac driver who loved his horn, and didn't quite know what a brake was.  Several times looking out the window I got a good view of the tires on the car/truck next to me..........load rating, temp rating.........all at 80+ mph.

On the "4 lane" highways, (if you can call them that), the bicycles & motor scooters, and tricycle gizmos rode in the right lane, the heavy trucks in the left lane, and this maniac made a middle lane between them.  Periodically bicycles would cross the road, without looking.................aye carumba.

The 4 lane eventually tee'd into another 4 lane, no stop lights, this guy turns left, plows head on into double lanes of traffic, cars, bikes going everywhere, but no accidents.

Anyway.........I saw a great spot on the way out of Shanghai today, and did another wheredoyoutakeyourNWO shot.   You guys tell me if you like this one or the other one on the tri-shaw better.  Not sure, but it kinda looks like two ladies smoochin on the living billboard in the background..........beautiful place though.

Hasta Manana.....................

Yo, Steve-O! It's about high noon over here, time fer Pappy's nap.

I think I like the first NWO pitcher better. I'll have to ponder it some more.

Be careful, an' rest up! Your Chiney Series is a hit!

Hey Steve!  Boy you look nice in red!!!

(Definitely a winter!)

I like the 2nd photo because it looks more china-ish, however the makin' out scene in the background might raise some eyebrows. Blasted billboard.

Try again or stick with numero uno....

Well, Crackah, they come an' they go.

Pappy's been over yonder at the Summerfield Town Council topic watchin' that ol' Salty Dog chewin' on a bone.

Reckon Macca will show up 'when thangs settle down. Saw ol' Bama cruisin' through.

Yep...

Well...

Gotta go slather some bear grease on the wheels o' commerce, I reckon...

Looks to me like you took a gnaw at that bone too Pappy!

Things are gettin' quiet around here again.  Need another council meetin' to fire things up I reckon.

I think the Crackah is gonna hang around outside this weekend if the weather holds up........Might find me a waterin' hole to take a dip in or somethin'.
