Hey Way!  Yes they are talking about the DaVinci Code.  It opened this weekend and we've all been anxiously waiting for it.  I haven't seen it yet.  Hoping I can squeeze it in soon!

Crackah's Word of the Day:

obfuscate

Main Entry: ob·fus·cate
Pronunciation: 'äb-f&-"skAt; äb-'f&s-"kAt, &b-
Function: transitive verb
Inflected Form(s): -cat·ed; -cat·ing
Etymology: Late Latin obfuscatus, past participle of obfuscare, from Latin ob- in the way + fuscus dark brown -- more at OB-, DUSK
1 a : DARKEN b : to make obscure
2 : CONFUSE
- ob·fus·ca·tion äb-(")f&s-'kA-sh&n/ noun
- ob·fus·ca·to·ry äb-'f&s-k&-"tOr-E, &b-, -"tor-/ adjective

Crackah's example sentence: I was obfuscated by Bill's post over on the flea forum, but my friend Merriam Webster helped clear things up for me.

Pappy or Mike.... Have you ever worked one of the food carts at the coliseum?

I'm sure she couldn't see where she was going over that stack of papers she carries.

Maybe she ought to legally force God to redesign the human foot. I'm sure the CCs already have their own improved design ready to present. They do everything else better.

A shine cart! Hee hee! That's what Pappy calls fox in the henhouse time!
Good pain med'cine fer a hurt foot, too!

Good Mornin' Everybody!

Good to see you back on the job Mike.  We've missed you!

I'm thinking about taking a little vacation to the coast this weekend.   I hope I don't get run over by any of those bikers that are down there.

Pappy tells me that I have a bonus coming in my forum paycheck so I know a good time will be had by all. ;)

WHERE'S MACCA?

DToney... anytime you feel yourself becoming obfuscated, just say the word (literally) and I'll ask my buddy Mr. Webster!

We welcome learning experiences around here.  I used to have this hubristic comrade who was a real polymath and he helped to exercise my mind, but he's not around much anymore.... I'm glad we have Bill around to combat cerebral atrophy. :D

I thought I felt an itch in my ear. haha. Dont be sad Cracker. You've always got PM's. I check those pretty regularly. Any other time, I can be found wandering my yard in stokesdale soaking up some rays. (->actually the wife probably has me doing some yard work but..... you know)

We've got several of your neighbors on here DToney.  Macca hails from your neck of the woods too.  I visited the Stokesdale forum and chatted with the panther some... He seems like a nice sort too.

It's Oak Ridgers who are scarce around these parts......
