Macca, I reckon you ain't right, neither. Some of us are jus' lucky thataway! Pappy's jus' tryin' to lighten the load an' mebbe make up fer a past sin er two. Jus' like Mel Gibson in "The Patriot", only better lookin'.*
*DISCLAIMER: "Better lookin'" adjusted fer age inflation, accordin' to a random survey of one person I found who don't like Mel Gibson an' cain't see good anyway. Comparison based on a bad photo of Mel an' a Glamour Shot o' Pappy viewed in poor light while flash-bang grenades were bein' detonated in the viewin' booth by Courtney Love wearin' a Nick Nolte mask (pictured below.)

St. Francis Episcopal Church on Lawndale is having their annual book sale this week - they are probably still taking donations. 288-4721. Hope that helps!

WOW Vicki! Glad you like! I love that recipe - wish I could take credit for it - it is from the "Cake Doctor Cookbook". I've been experimentin' with doctorin' cake mixes lately. I made a Lemon Poppy Seed Cake that turned out real good, then an Orangesicle Cake with Grand Marnier icing. I entered 'em both in a contest. If'n by chance I get rich and famous, ya'll will be first to know (Don't hold your breath now )

Maybe we could get that library started for Summerfield. We currently have no place to have the library but.....is there a place to store books?
