Great weather for a duck huh??? We haven't had too many April Showers this year. Loving the rain though.... Gotta appreciate it while we can. I heard it's gonna be a long dry summer....

| Poor Pickler. Hope she finds success, though. She has nice voice and if she hadn't played her country girl role a little(a lot) too much she would probably have done better. Seems that she just lost confidence. Taylor's next. Elliott is doing great but it doesn't seem the trio likes him. Then there's Paula. What a fake. Never thought I'd be hooked on a TV show!

| I noticed over on the Summerfield park forum that your workday there is postponed from this Saturday.... Y'all need to come on over and enjoy the Stokesdale Elementary Spring Festival instead! It'll be held 10:00 am to 2 pm in and around the gym. Come in from Athens Road. There'll be food, games, baked goods, cake walk, PLUS all those neat inflatables the kids like.... bungee run, maze, 18 foot slide. Each classroom also created wonderful baskets to buy chances on... They're always packed with neat things and there must be a couple dozen of 'em. Drawing is at the end of the day. Y'all come on over and join us!!! ♥♥♥

Sounds GREAT macca! Hope it doesn't rain you guys out! I haven't seen the forecast but I guess they must be calling for it because of the park thing being cancelled.... Or maybe they're just worried about mud though.... We'll see!
Might just have to bring a little Cracker or two up there for that event!

Pappy's prob'ly gonna bush hog the front yard if'n the rain holds off. No tellin' what I'll find out yonder. Might need to carry my six-shooters in case somethin' wild tries to jump me.

Pap, you made me think of Forest Gump at the end - I was picturing you floatin' around with Forest on the bench til I remembered that was a FEATHER in the movie, not a LEAF!
