Are you wearing the Red Hot Chilli Pepper Underwear on your head??? Are they cutting off circulation to your brain, what are you thinking?
Well this is really simple to fix. The problem is when a Southern woman hears the word “fine” that translates to mediocre or average. Now just think about this SMS why in the world would you tell your wife that she looks mediocre? I can just hear the conversation now:
Wife: Honey, how do I look?
Red Hot Chili Pepper Head: Oh, honey you look mediocre.
Don’t you feel silly now?
You can always say and be safe with:
Honey you look as beautiful as you did on the day that I married you.
Other words to use:
Marvelous
Gorgeous
Exquisite
Classy
Divine
Wonderful
Words to NEVER use (I thought this was common knowledge, but SMS has proven not)
FINE
CUTE
FINE
PORTLY
FINE
HOMLEY
FINE
ROTUND
FINE
HIDEOUS
FINE
THICK
Good luck SMS and thanks for your question.

I would love to see more folks with varying opinions join the forum.
I would especially like to hear from Dwayne from time to time.
oh... p.s. Being elected officials, you gotta expect a little political "ribbing" now and again, so you might not want to hang out on the MAAN forum...

But, anyway, when the Fab Man needs a rest, Crackah, Lacka an' Macca have volunteered to take over the roof dancin.' They're doin' a fine job, when they ain't fightin'!
Careful, now, y'all.

Gideon Grove United Methodist Church, on Gideon Grove Church Road (the first right off Ellisboro Road after it crosses Highway 65/Belews Creek Road) in Stokesdale is selling Brunswick stew tomorrow after noon. My family loves Brunswick stew and these local recipes are usually really good!!! Only $4/quart too! mmmmm ♥♥♥
Macca, I'll tell the spoose. Brunswick Stew goes in the MAN FOOD section for me. My spoose LOVES that stuff - and what all is IN that stuff anyway? And I know a bunch of men gather 'round big pots to cook it so I guess that's why I have labeled it MAN FOOD

I hadn't thought about it that much, but you're right... We had some darn good stuff they could've put in there!! After all, we keep OURSELVES mighty amused! Surely everyone else would find us so, as well!!! ♥♥♥

Pappy's Indian name was given to him many posts back by the talkin' deer. It is MOO-VYOO-FOOL which I think means "Dances With Possums in the Road."

I love all that nearby retail but I get nostalgic for what it used to be every time I drive through there
Uh.... Kris... We are PREMIUM Saltines thank you..... Crackah, Triscuit, Wheat Thin and Ritz bits.... oh yea... and old Salty.... (No kin to my long lost friend the Salty Dog)
We got some shiny new coupons in the mail and Old Salty was chompin' at the bit to go to the LoneStar establishment at Brassfield, so that's where we ate.....It was Fine. (Use Ask Lacka's interpretation of the word fine.)
re: the new tarjay boutique....I too am thrilled that my "retail radius" is once again expanding! If we could get a good Cookout Milkshake and an office depot over here, I'd never have to cross Cone Blvd again!!!!
Younger McNeill is certainly an offspring to be proud of. Very admirable! And lovely too!!! Tell himer GOOD JOB!!!

Pappy.... MOO-VYOO-FOOL was one of my ALL time favorites!
See??? That's the kind of stuff they need in the paper... Pappy's reflections on life in general.... That would NEVER get tiresome...
Maybe the problem with the forum quotes this week was that none of us said anything serious enough.....
tee hee!!!
