You know, I was noticing that we've gotten 5 NEW members to the forum since mid-November!!! Seem to have at least one or two "lurkers" most of the time, too! We like all the NEW interest in the forum!!
Tomorrow is MAAN's FIRST BIRTHDAY and we're stronger than ever!! ♥♥♥
BTW: I'm moving to beautiful downtown Burbank!!

Sorry, Macca, that's chain gang talk. (Under stress, we regress. Hee hee!)
Pappy's just busy workin' on somethin' an' feelin' a little "under the gun." I'm also fightin' the urge to post, so's I can get my work done. Well, mebbe just a little post now an' then.
Good park stuff over yonder! Dyin' to comment, but cain't right now. Sounds like the same ol' obfuscatin' an' propagandizin' a-goin' on. Either that or there's another case o' rabies in Guilford County. Don't let her get in bitin' range, just in case! Hee hee!

BTW, I think those before and after clues are dumb. I hate to say it, but in some respects I think they have "dumbed down" Jeopardy in the last couple of years by adding stuff like that.

Whew! It's a good thing Sandra came on here and deciphered Pappy's Cool Hand Luke post, huh macca? I didn't get it either, but as we know,I'm a little "thick headed" sometimes. ( ie. penguins/fish )
BTW... don't you think it's gonna confuse the "deceptives" if you keep movin' from town to town???? Is that what you're doing? Tryin' to throw them off your trail?? 
Hmmmm.. maybe I'll move to the midwest for a while and roll around in the snow!

Hey Macca: Let us know how you like all those earthquakes, Santa Anna winds and horrendous annual forest fires. I won't mention the west coast tsunami's 'cause that might scare ya'!
Plus they say the fruit, nuts and flakes aren't all that bad once you get used to the locals.

In one word NO.
SMS has done all the travellin' he is gonna do for one year. My toush is planted in S''field for the rest of 2006.
Yesterday I flew back from Detroit......DTW had winds gusting to 35-40mph, one of those rain/sleet/snow falling days where you don't know what's hitting you in the face, but it hurts, sky just gray & yuck. I-75 underwater in several places. Reminded me why I moved away from it. Landed in GSO to warm, sunshine, calm......(picture contended Garfield smiling).

Hello, everyone! As usual, it's been busy at my house!! This time next week I'll be even crazier than usual as I prepare for the STOKESDALE HOLIDAY PARADE!
(Dec. 9, 2:00 p.m. Downtown Stokesdale)
I hope you are all planning to come. It's a nice small-town parade, which means it's a good time to get out and see friends and make new ones while you get in the holiday spirit.
By the way, Pappy. I just have to share this with you.... Howard Coble isn't going to be able to join us this year. It may be the first one he's missed. He has sometimes been in at least two parades on the same day, asking to be placed at the beginning of one and the end of another. However, this year Gibsonville's parade is the same time as Stokesdale's, so he's going there instead. Not only did his staff e-mail me to let us know that he couldn't be there, he called me to let me know and to apologize. (I saved his message on my machine.  )

But, in the spirit o' the holidays, I reckon Pappy'll honor the great man's decision. But I'm gonna keep a eye on Gibsonville...

| Ha ha, Pappy! We might be viewed that way by Madison. I heard from a band booster with McMichael that Madison changed the date of their parade b/c McMichael's band had already committed to be in ours on the 9th.... just hearsay, of course. Haven't verified or checked my sources.....
