Did Mr Mike save us any bacon ice cream or bacon cake? Nevermind. The lack o' crumbs tells that tale.

Guilty.  I also try to put my chronic back pain behind me.  (OK, shut up Adkins)

The back pain thing seems to be the scourge of the baby boomers.  And now that we're in the 50+ range, suffering "dunlap disorder", it ain't helpin the backs any.

Good Luck with the bone crusher..........and the Bio Freeze........and the TENS unit...........and all the other $$$$$ you'll probably spend hunting for relief.  24 hour per day pain isn't fun.

Morning All! Steve you are certainly right about back pain. As a work comp nurse I spend large portions of my day with people with bad backs. I think the biggest problem I have is convincing people that we can hurt lots of things but we can't necessarily fix them so yes you can hurt that bad but there not be any quick fix. Walking is the single best exercise you can do for your back. Lots of walking building up gradually to miles every day will do a lot to "cure" your achy back. Unfortunately we are such a busy people and not inclined to have time to exercise.

I have a new rooster at my house. He was living in Greensboro on somebody's back porch. She had borrowed him in Tenn for a party she was having. He has joined our flock. Tiny little bantam rooster with this squeeky cock a doodle doo voice. Mr. Mike he would be very tough in a bisquit. He is no spring chicken.!!!

Have a good day everybody!!

Yeah...what??

By the way, Jane was there a fog this mornin'? It's August! Time to count them mornin' fogs to see how many snows we'll have.

Meanwhile, Mr Mike will be countin' chickens to see how many biscuits he'll have. (Fix that squeek with butter...hee hee!)

PAPPY!! I thought about that this morning! I was watching the Fox8 weather report and they showed one of their weathercam views. It looked kind of hazy, I guess. But I remembered that you had said the # of fogs were supposed to let us know how many snowfalls we'd have!! :D
