GO WOLFPACK!
Skiddles. Congratulations.
The Gods Of Math just aren't looking favorably on me today and tonight.
Just ask Sandra (Houdini).....
As Dean Smith used to say: on any given night in the ACC anything can happen!

Thanks Jim! You are right, I have seen so many upsets in the ACC ... anything can happen!
It was a really good game! No run aways on either side. I was proud of the way those boys played. I hope today's Super Bowl is just as good.

Skiddles, that was a very well deserved win for NC STATE and most especially for Coach Lowe in his first meeting against Roy Williams. The Wolfpack simply wanted to win a lot more than the boys in Carolina Blue.
Again, Congratulations to you and to NC State and to Coach Lowe. A more balanced league is what makes watching ACC basketball so great and it is good to see NC State on the way back to the greatness of years ago.
Who are you pulling for in the Super Bowl by the way?

Hee hee! That's Pappy's favorite part! Lots o' Wall Street an' Madison Avenue types will be pullin' fer 'em too.
I hear, as a added bonus, there's also gonna be a football game mixed in amongst all the festivities, but I figger that's just crazy talk.

I just hope those ponies don't get into a full gallop and run away with it, Jimbo. I'm easy to please...maybe some yummy HOT WINGS, a good game, cute commercials and no wardrobe malfunction (yikes)!
yep... if you think that the Super Bowl is only about football then think again. This game has the largest audience of the TV season every season... half the country in one fell swoop.

That's so funny Jane! I heard on TV this morning that today's big game is just a bathroom break for those of us who tune in for the commercials!
That reminds me....ff12, have you seen the Coke commercial where they say that "sip stealilng" isn't a crime in most states??? Thought of you when I saw that for some reason!

Great game so far, huh? Less than 2 minutes left in the first half and it's 16-14!!! Bears scored in the first 14 seconds! Turnovers on both sides!
I wasn't sure who to pull for.... On the one hand, Ricky Proehl is now a Colt, but Muhsin Muhammed is a Bear.... Both seem like no one to dislike b/c they're a jerk.... I decided to pull for the Colts.... Decided I like Peyton and Ricky and the Colts.... ♥♥♥
Several cute commercials.... Laughed out loud at the first ... Rock paper scissors.... Then there was the one with the mouse......

Ricky's a COLT????? Nobody told me that!!!! I'd have watched and chosen sides for sure!!!!!
Sorry to all the Bear fans out there. I heard things didn't go so well for them.
I DVR'd the game so I could watch the commercials and speed thru the game parts.

Morning all! First morning out in 2 months. It is cold but gorgeous out this morning. It was nice to see the chickens again. So very quiet this morning. I guess the vehicles won't start.

For those of you who didn't get enough of the Super Bowl ads yesterday, here is a link to the CBS website where you can select to see any or all of them again on your computer:
