Pappy's 'bout to give up on my weed situation. I think the weeds are gettin' smarter. I know they're gettin' tougher. I saw some poke berries pumpin' iron out at the garden an' a clump o' Johnson grass was givin' one of 'em a prison tatoo.

Pappy, you sound like me with my sweet peas... they have lived through 3 or 4 applications of Round up and they are still coming up! They were planted by the back door when we moved in & I have tried everything to get rid of them things! They will not give up! My white flag is flyin now too.....

You were correct too Macca! Mr. Strange is the Science teacher who married Ms. Natalie Reed this past spring. Now there are two "Strange" teachers at NW! J/K... they're both real nice.

Hey, DT, have you tried Ortho Brush-B-Gone? It's a heavier duty concoction fer poison ivy-type problems. Might be worth a try. If that don't work, maybe call in a air strike with napalm an' agent orange.

Not that I don't like sweet peas, but these were overgrown when we moved in & took over my back door to the point you could not get in! I'll let you know how that works.....
