All you MAAN posters - I need as much feedback as possible about problems with our message board. Here are the symptoms I am aware of:
1. Performance - the board is slow - pages take 30 secs to 2 mins to load.
2. Email Notification - some people get them and some do not. Some of those who are not getting email notifications get them from some topics and not from others. Some of those who are not geting email notifications were getting them successfully until week or 2 ago.
3. Problems posting and/or displaying avatars, emoticons and images.
Have I missed anything?
If you have a problem please report the following in the "Forum Trouble Reports" topic in the "Forum Policies and Procedures Forum". Also, if you read the Forum Trouble Reports and you have not experienced those problems let us know that also.
1. A detailed description of your problem.
2. What operating system and web browser are you using.
3. When problem started (date and time) and if it is a continous or intermittent problem.
Thanks in advance - this will help the folks trying to troubleshoot the problem.
