Oh yikes. whaletail as one word seems to have several definitions. One of which is a caving apparatus kinda like a block and tackle and the other being a slang term involving womens underwear (or mens for that matter- hey its your business- I shall be PC haha). Kris what kind of research are you sending us on. Good thing I wasnt looking this up at work. yikes

The NFL is suing companies etc and radio stations are not allowed to advertise etc using the words. Its quite a controversy. Thats why everyone uses "the big game".

Kris!!! I hope you were referring to Shamu's tail when you asked about a Whaletail!
I am dying to know why you asked that though.

It's 60-ish, and too nice to be winter in Detroit. I dragged a winter coat with me all the way to Mexico & up here in anticipation....hasn't left the suitcase.
Funny you ask......Since there is so much publicity about Detroit right now, the whole area is trying to "right their image" in one weekend. All the locals are being super slurpy friendly, from the time you get off the plane, in restaurants, hotels, the whole bit.
TAXI drivers were even coached about how to be more polite to out of towners.
I am not going downtown, don't want to fight the crowd, but folks in the office here are telling me how nicely it's setup, all the yucko buildings have been dressed up......Dorothy would think she found Emerald City next to the Detroit River (no guano either!!)
