Oh macca P.I. I hate to do it to ya but I'm callin' it a night too.
I got a new "OLD" movie out at Best Buy today. I am going to get back under my buffler hide and watch the movin' picture show....
Keep your P.I. nose to the ground and let me know if anything noteworthy happens while I am away!
I'll see ya in the mornin'!
P.S. I heard that Lacka went to see Aerosmith tonight... I am just a teeny tiny bit jealous and probably won't be speaking to that particular penguin tomorrow!!

Oh wow, I can't believe all the fun that went on here without me while I was over at the school in my pink curlers and bathrobe 
Thanks to all who took care of the party planning in my absence. You did a fine job!
Macca, LOVE all the new hearts! 
OK, brain is fried, I can't think - tomorrow I will catch up on everything.....
IT'S ALMOST PANTHER TIME!!!!!
(Winterguard and drumline competition went really well today! Had a blast!  Made some $$$ for the band, met some great people from across the state. Our 3 groups all did very well in the competition!)

and saw the signs directing folks where to park and all,

LACKA!! (All right, I said I was gone, but then I saw this on TV! I heard about it yesterday but it was just those guys on Rock92 poking fun at them, so I wasn't sure it was a real story!)
A shop in New York City "Knit New York" has been holding "boys night out" every Friday night for the past couple of years. They say they have from 3 to a dozen MEN participate each week. All ages, all backgrounds, all levels, beginners as well as men who teach the others. Making scarves and hats, but I didn't see any tp or tissue covers.
Of course, there was also BEER involved....♥♥♥
Maybe you could get a group like that going here, but specializing in covers for stuff... I'd like a cow, please! (Or maybe a chicken... Yeah, we could all carry them with us when we go to meetings... Pappy could knit the glasses to slide down the nose....)♥♥♥

WOW......didn't realize NWHS had 3 groups now. What are they, how many students in each? Sandra, remember when.........?!?!?! Kris, I am happy beyond words (almost) to hear how the band is flourishing.....sounds like the "tree has filled back out beautifully".
You're right, you meet people from across the state, seem to run into them again in other competitions, really nice folks.
