Us penglings can do anything. You know if I had a minute to think about it, I would have thought that it didn't really matter if I went off of that tiny edge of the boat that TJ allowed me to sit apon, if I just flew......Crackah has gotten me so addled about you hurting your wing when tring to fly off the roof a while back and all. I could have just flown off the edge of that boat, and TJ would have been so impressed, he wouldn't have even noticed the flotation devices that the neighbor had...... dang wish I had thought of it.....

Mama (not Mom) didn't raise no fool. I told you I stayed in the boat with TJ. Didn't have to worry about floating or the neighbor helping me catch my breath.
Every once in a while I said with the Suthern accent, speaking to TJ "isn't she cute" please refer back to my North VS South .......

| Is Mike missing again. I heard he was over on Calvert St. hanging out. Lighting Mrs. Walker's gas stove over on the corner of Berryman. What a busy body. She knows everything that has ever happened on that street form the Kilbys, David, Doodle, and Neesie to the Frames, Jerry Mark and the dog of the lot Jeff. The Holmes, lets not even go there, yuk. But the McKloskys who I think are the best......Ricky and that big brother of his....what was his name????

Lacka, rest assured that as a Southern Gentleman with a well instilled sense of public propriety at least, I'm not going to disgrace myself by trying to go tit for tat with Crackah's mind and wit. Mama taught me better.
Now having said that, and returning to the topic on a more serious note, let us all continue to be uplifting in our support for these new fangled double barreled PFD's.

Pappy Thank goodness you are heah; leading the charge and bringing in the Calvary to save us'uns from de rascalry (You is so like Gen'ral Pogo: You has actually seen and met the enemy).
Now if you can only wean us away from our demons, we can move this here whole entire column forward to Beulah Land and more important discussions of a lively nature. I'm purty shore that Crackah is just now waking up no doubt humming Shall We Gather At The River this here fine Sunday morning while reminiscing about Miss Lacka's fascinating adventures in the wilds of West by goodness Virginia. So while we have the bead on himers humming we can concoct us a new battle plan for dealing with us renegades.
Dadgummit Pappy, that Crackah has done gone and got me a hummin' that Shall We Gather At The River stuff too. This place done gone downhill since I a'rived I know.
