| Pappy ain't got no MICH helmet, Crackah. The Fightin' Pappy's are a fast-movin' mobile geurrilla fightin' unit, geared fer stealth an' rapid response. But I was thinkin' about duct tapin' a walkie-talkie to the side o' my John Deere hat, maybe a video camera on top.

| Well who else was at the STC meeting tonight. More subplots then a good soap opera. Of course I guess lots of folks don't have power tonight either. The three transformers on Shady Side gave up and caught on fire.

| JANE!!! I had to read your post a couple of times to figure it out!! I thought you were referring to "the dark side" when you said "Shady Side" and that you were being figurative when you said they caught on fire. I guess I thought "transformers" referred to something that happened at the meetin, as in who had the "power"!! Woo hoo! ♥♥♥

I was fillin' Pappy in on the report I got from town council tonight and he had another explanation entirely as to why the lights were blinking at the council meeting. I'll let him tell ya. tee hee!
Our power just came back on. I know it was a transformer problem this time but they are browning out all over the country so ya'll conserve power if you can!
Move over on the Texa$ deck Pappy! I'm conserving energy now too!!

Ya'll might need to give DC a little strip of duct tape. He's having trouble keepin' his checkbook closed.
Maybe the altitude up there on the GRANDSTAND is finally getting to him.
