SF RD is right on!  DVR is the bomb!  No more endless stacks of video tapes to wade through and you can tell it you want to record ALL episodes of Gray's Anatomy (or whatever) and it never forgets!

SF RD forgot the absolute best part .....you don't ever have to set the clock!!!! :D

Crackah! Do you watch Brothers & Sisters? That's a good one, too!

Did you catch the "All-Star" Amazing Race tonight? Too bad the West Virginia couple had to leave.... I was hoping it would be the blondes.... Rob & Amber are just too much!!!:?

I don't watch Brothers and Sisters. :?  Lacka does though and shem's always telling me funny lines on there.... Let's see.. Something about Ally McBeal saying "If ya'll are trying to drive me crazy, I think I can walk from here!"  Too funny!

I wasn't home last night, but I did DVR the "Rob and Ambah" show!  I LOVE those two! Wouldn't it be a hoot if they came in first on EVERY leg of the race???

I saw where they have a new reality show now on the Fox Reality channel. Rob and Amber - Against the Odds. Something about Rob trying to break into professional Poker playing and Amber not being too thrilled about it.  Time Warner doesn't offer that channel. :( Do you have it on satellite???

Now you know if I had a reality channel at my disposal, I'd never get ANYTHING done!!! :D

As for who leaves the race next, it's a toss up for me between the barbie blondes and Myrna and Smyrna!!!

Saw the previews to Spiderman 3 a little while ago!  Woo hoo! exciting!  Not too happy that Harry's gone bad and following in his dad's Green Goblin footsteps.....

And now, here they are, the newest sensation -- The Statesmen!!! :D:D:D LOL!

BTW: Do y'all ususally have your book fair this time of year? Stokesdale is having theirs in April this year, but it's b/c there was nowhere to have it in the fall, which is when they usually have it.

ALSO -- That reminds me -- The book fair will be open on the day of the Stokesdale Elementary Spring Festival, April 21. There will be games, food, performances, vendors AND those gift baskets that are so great!:D

Oh so I watched The Departed last night. -not because it won the oscar-or whatever but because I saw the all star cast listed on the preview. It was a great movie. A bit long to start watching at 9:30 at night but really worth it. many GREAT twists and turns. The irony, etc in it was so thick, you couldn't help but to feel what was coming.-that being a good thing. It kept you on the edge of your seat saying "oh I can't wait until that happens". anyway, anyone else seen this?

Well, I guess Sundance isn't the first man defeated by his beard.  What a super entertainer.

I don't think he should have been the one to go tonight Starcatchr but he'd have had to leave in the next 3....  All the men can go for all I care.  Except for that guy who skats.... He's ok.

I was gonna say that the girls are gonna take the idol this year, but after they sent Sabrina home, my faith in the system is a little skewed....

Cool that they are giving all that American Idol Texa$ to the poor folks....

Simon hanging out with the African babies was a little strange.... He doesn't strike me as the baby type.....

:D

I didn't watch IA last night, but have been watching Fox8 this morning, where they've been talking about the results. I haven't developed any strong ties to the male contestants, although I think a couple of them are okay. The women seem much better. I was glad to see Antonella go.... She seems trashy (yeah I've looked at the pics posted on the internet) and her voice was just not strong enough. ("It IS a singing competition." Thank you, Simon) I haven't watched enough to have strong opinions about the others, although I heard Paula say she was surprised Sundance and Sabrina were voted off....

Remember last year, Crackah? When I quit watching after CHRIS was voted off? I was never a big fan, and that just sealed it for me..... :(
