Dang, I meant fer that sign to say "Bacon Shakes". Oh, well, I'll get one o' them dang young'uns to he'p their ol' Pappy fix it next time they're around. They got more excuses than George Allen.
Pappy ain't seen the chicken lately. Hope she ain't met with "fowl" play.

Pappy, I haven't seen that little chicken lately either.
Unfortunately, she isn't living with me. 
Wherever she is, I am sure she is spreading her insight and inner peace throughout the kingdom of Summerfield.
I consider you to be the "chicken whisperer", sort of a chicken "medium" between me and that feathered friend of mine. If you get any more messages from that chicken you let me know. k?

Morning all. Its another beautiful day. A little warmer and more humid than yesterday. May rain this afternoon but I hope not since we have hay on the ground. It is much nicer if the hay doesn't get wet.

unpacking, here... we started boxing things up in April, and now it looks like we'll be unpacking until NEXT April!
