WOW!!! I'm impressed! Although I should've know you'd know the answer. (Of course, KRIS is gonna say she knew the answer, too, although if she did, why didn't she just go ahead and answer when she had the chance! She knows how this crowd is!!!)♥♥♥
BTW: It was Rob Reiner's (who directed the movie) mom....

For those of you who HAVE revealed yourselves, do you ever have an issue with those of us who haven't? Where you've felt that it wasn't necessarily fair that we can take jabs at you without revealing ourselves, yet you're out there exposed?
I don't think being anonymous is an issue (see my comments on the "feedback forum"). I know there is a real, living, breathing person behind the "funny name." I think anyone who has a problem with anonymous identities on here is not accepting the fact that behind the "funny name" there is a real person with real feelings and real ideas. I don't need to know someone's "real" name to get to know them and exchange ideas with them.

Oh yeah in another forum that I frequent (which is also anonymous, and wildly uncensored (rated R or X in some places)) There are several games. One is a movie game where you start with a movie title and then name another movie with an actor/ actress from the same movie in it. The object is to get a movie that no one can follow up with. For example when harry met sally -> youve got mail ->castaway-> road to perdition-> now I am stuck cuz I will not cheat and use imdb.com Actually Road to perdition is not allowed because I used Tom Hanks as the link two times in a row. get it? Its usually better to play these games in their own areas. I cant remember the other games but I bet cracker will come up with some.
-couldnt resist.

The question was, "Who was the woman in 'When Harry Met Sally' who said 'I'll have what she's having' after Meg Ryan's famous O****M scene?" Last edited on Feb 20th, 2006 04:35 pm by macca

At the risk of being the hypocrite here, I pounced pretty hard a couple weeks ago for sexual innuendo in the forums on another topic.
So while there has not been any profanity, or really anything terribly objectionable here, I'm going to ask we keep in mind there are young readers lurking, and we should keep our postings appropriate (goes for me too!!)
Thanks

So KRIS said she knew the answer but just raised her hand, waiting to be called upon. Of course CRACKAH just jumped in and blurted out the answer, so KRIS is pouting. And, of course, this all got started because of the patient on "Grey's Anatomy" last night. ♥♥♥ I know I went to four lines, but I hope you stayed with me, bama.Last edited on Feb 20th, 2006 04:33 pm by macca

OK, SMS! I'll self-monitor, even though I don't think this was quite in the same category as that other incident. ♥♥♥ It was not my intent to offend anyone, and I didn't even think about young'ins being here... I guess I think of it as just all us "old" folks -- I was just having fun with a perfectly good word :^) --- I won't repeat it again. ♥♥♥
