One thing I haven't seen much of is discussion about things we like personally. This can be for your home or for your personal wear like clothes, shoes and accessories.
This can be men and women. Where do you like to shop? What are your favorite things to wear? Any trends you are following? Any trends you think are ridiculous?
There are some fun online blogs that are about these topics but just funny reading too. Check them out:

TCat, fashion ain't really Pappy's forté, so I hope you don't mind if I ask a fashion question that has been burnin' in my brain fer a great long while. Since most o' my wardrobe an' various seasonal ensembles involve overalls with snap fasteners, then, technically, can I be considered a snappy dresser? I've been usin' "yes" as a workin' assumption.

Following that line of thinking, I guess that since most of my clothes are old, then I could be considered as dressing in a retro style???

Actually, I prefer to think that I follow no fashion dictates and that my style is "timeless!"

I keep my clothes in the attic, since fashions seem to cycle about every 20 years.
Funny though, they all seem to shrink over time, especially around the mid-section.
Oh well, guess it's the humidity in the attic

Pappy,
As long as you aren't wearing them like this, you should be fine:

I think I have been temporarily scarred by that picture.
As for my fashion, I'm pretty much a nerd. I wear my converses ("chucks") with everything.

Anna
Are you going to disappear once college starts in the fall? You're kind of neat to have around, a young person with some personality, we hate to lose you to the rigors of studying......................but.......life has priorities.
