Spent many years living in Oak Ridge.  Moved out of the area and I'm now moving back in and looking for a home rental.

Professional male/no pets/smoking.  Just need somewhere reasonable to hang my hat.

Hopefully I didn't break some forum rules - I just want to get back into Oak Ridge as I miss the quiet serenity.

I'd consider house-sitting/temporary sublet/etc.

Thank you.

Welcome to the forum Oaker!!!!

You didn't break any rules at all!  Seems like we had a topic like this a while back, but I don't remember where it is.

When Scuba Jane (doggettja is her fancy forum, name) gets back from where ever she's been hidin', maybe she'll have some leads.... I think she knew of some houses in Summerfield, but I don't know if she has any leads on good ones in "the Ridge".....

Good Luck!!!

Thanks!

Summerfield is fine too.  But my heart is in Oak Ridge :)

You can view the NWO classifieds on the website. There are frequently homes advertised for rent.

Yep - called them all. :)

I've found over the years that the best way to find things like houses or jobs is through networking.

Welcome (back) to Oak Ridge, Oaker!  Once you find your rental house, see if you can find a country cooking restaurant in OR, too!  Perhaps something with some veggies and cornbread!  I think Oak Ridge would be a great place for some fresh fish, too...
