Does anyone but me think it might be a conflict of interest for a member of the zoning board, who is also a real estate agent, may vote on a zoning issue and then once passed, have her sign out front as the listing agent? |

Big question would be did they discuss a business arrangement before the zoning board meeting? That would be I think less than ethical. If they only approached them after the meeting at a minimum it gives the "impression" of less than ethical behavior by taking advantage of the situation. The person you approved the item for probably feels some sense of obligation to you. |

The particular zoning issue I refer to has been before the board (and the council) 3 separate times. I cannot believe that there was no discussion, or at least alluded too, about representing the property. |
