Yea, the news always says "LOCAL" person hits the big time when they take anyone from NC.... He's from McLeansville and I thought he was pretty good.... Simon didn't like him.... Kiss of death for sure.

Wow, I just ventured out to see how Steve is at housekeeping. He's pretty good - I wonder if he takes out the trash like a good husband should - without being nagged 
Much easier to read all the forums now. A new one over in Life in NW that I will have to ponder over for a while.......

| Just happened to have Fox8 News on... They said the local guy auditioned in Denver... I know they say people travel all over trying to get picked when the auditions are going on... The twins were arrested for identity theft!! (Each charged the other?) Family says they will go on to Hollywood anyway, but AI hasn't commented yet...

Macca, I saw that newscast.... Bet the Idol doesn't take them to Hollywood if there is evidence against them...

OK, At the risk of invoking the ire of my playmates here.... If we are going to "clean up" the site, why didn't we move "MAAN" and "Bullwinkle's Corner" to "Life in the Northwest"? If you look at the other sections, posts under "Stokesdale" and "Oak Ridge" pretty much specifically relate to issues in those towns. (Although some could be generalized to other towns as well, such as questions about how to determine zonings (rule of law/vs majority rule)). Anyway, "MAAN" and "Bullwinkle" are not specific to Summerfield and we know (♥♥♥) that not everyone who posts here is from Summerfield. New posters to the forums won't necessarily know these threads are here if they don't think they have an interest in Summerfield. Maybe Steve/Patti thought we'd be upset if they moved it....What say ye, playmates?
